We saw the need for surgeons to protect their hands from X-ray exposure while conducting interventional radiology procedures. Working with surgeons and clinicians to understand their needs, and their use environment, we created the world's first X-ray blocking cream using carefully engineered materials. We scaled up the process from bench top to industrial scale, and won fast track clearance from the FDA.
